Returns and refunds are not accepted. Onions, potatoes and garlic are perishable natural produce, so once goods are delivered and accepted they cannot be returned or refunded.

Please inspect at delivery

We grade and check every load before dispatch. We request you to inspect the quantity and quality at the time of delivery, in the presence of our delivery team.

If there is a problem at delivery

If the quantity delivered is short, tell the delivery team immediately — the bill will be corrected to the quantity actually delivered.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the load at the time of delivery, you may refuse it before unloading/acceptance, and you will not be charged for it.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge before the goods are dispatched by informing us on WhatsApp or phone. Orders cannot be cancelled once the vehicle has left for delivery.
