These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries and orders placed with Punyashlok Wholesale and Transport (“we”, “us”) through punyashlok.in, WhatsApp, phone or email. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of business

We are an MSME-registered B2B wholesale supplier and transporter of onions, potatoes and garlic, serving businesses and bulk buyers across Pune, PCMC and Maharashtra.

2. Rates

Rates on the website are published daily at around 7:00 AM and are indicative wholesale rates per kg.
Rates are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes.
Because mandi prices change daily, the final rate is the one confirmed by us at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders

Orders are placed by WhatsApp, phone or email. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it back to you.
Minimum order quantities: Onion 100 kg, Potato 50 kg, Garlic 25 kg.
Quantities are subject to availability on the day.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Maharashtra, usually within 24 hours of confirmation in Pune and PCMC. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery is accepted. UPI or bank transfer at delivery can also be arranged. Credit terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing.

6. Quality and inspection

Produce is natural and may vary slightly in size, colour and shape within a grade. Please inspect goods at the time of delivery and raise any concern immediately with the delivery team.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are not accepted. See our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control such as weather, strikes, road closures or market shutdowns.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
