What is the minimum order quantity?

Onion – 100 kg, Potato – 50 kg and Garlic – 25 kg.

Which sizes are available?

Onion: Large, Medium and Small. Potato: Large and Medium. Garlic: graded regular size.

When are the daily rates updated?

Every morning at 7:00 AM. Check the Today’s Rates page or get them on WhatsApp.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Choose the product, size and quantity and send your order on WhatsApp — no sign-up required.

Where do you deliver?

Across Pune, PCMC and the whole of Maharashtra.

How long does delivery take?

Within 24 hours of order confirmation in Pune and PCMC. For other parts of Maharashtra we confirm the timeline based on distance.

Are there delivery charges?

For minimum-order quantities within Pune and PCMC there is no separate charge. For long-distance loads, transport charges are shared upfront.

How do I pay?

Cash on Delivery, or UPI / bank transfer at the time of delivery.

Do rates include GST?

No, rates displayed are excluding GST.

Can I return goods?

Because fresh produce is perishable, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please inspect the goods at the time of delivery.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes — for orders above 1 tonne we offer special rates. Ask us on WhatsApp.
